Rotisserie Chicken Pan Sauce

recipe for pan sauce using just
a few ingredients.

A quick pan sauce is going to give you
flavor with a shorter prep time than
traditional gravy, and it’s less work
overall. The best part? You don’t even
need a recipe – this technique is easy to
learn and customizable.
Use the drippings from your rotisserie chicken, your favorite wine or
even water. Add enough liquid(s) to completely cover the bottom of
the pan, and lightly submerge your aromatics. Put the pan back on
