1 package ( 12 ounces) all-natural Italian-style smoked
chicken sausage, cut crosswise into 1 1⁄ 2 inch pieces
2 medium green and/or red bell peppers, cut
into 1-inch pieces
1 ⁄ 2 small yellow onion, cut into 1-inch
2 ⁄ 3 ( 1.5-pound) bag small red creamer potatoes
(about 24 potatoes)
• Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over
medium heat. Soak 12 ( 9 3 ⁄4-inch) wooden skewers
in water 20 minutes.
• Alternately thread sausage and vegetables onto
8 skewers; thread potatoes onto remaining 4
skewers. Spray kabobs with cooking spray; sprinkle
potato kabobs with seasoning blend, and salt and
pepper to taste.
Place kabobs on hot grill rack; cover. Cook potato
kabobs 15 minutes or until potatoes are easily
pierced with a knife, turning once; cook sausage
kabobs 10 minutes or until internal temperature of
sausage reaches 165°, turning occasionally.
