3 ⁄ 4 pound small red potatoes, quartered

2 small red and/or green bell peppers, halved
and thinly sliced
• Preheat oven to 400°. Tear 4 ( 12 x 24-inch) foil
sheets; arrange horizontally on work surface.
• In large bowl, toss steak, potatoes, garlic, bell
peppers, onion, oil, seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt and
¼ teaspoon black pepper; divide onto center of
foil sheets. For each packet, tightly crimp top and
bottom sides of foil over steak mixture; fold and
tightly crimp both ends of foil.
